My pedometer shows 13,200 total steps for the day. But what I'm most proud of is that I jogged for 12 minutes straight. I know it's not all that impressive, but since I could barely jog for 2 minutes a few weeks ago, it's an improvement for me! Right now it's a slow jog (4.5 mph, or 13:20 minute/mile)...at the time I didn't realize that if I had gone for 1:20 longer, I would have jogged a mile.
