Life is too short

 

I only have one Wednesday want today, and it might be one that is hard to obtain. I wish I could take away the pain that the Higuchi family is feeling right now due to the loss of their son Ross.

I never knew Ross personally, but my younger brother went to high school with him, and it seems that a great deal of the Smoky Hill High School community knew him. My brother described him as a kid who was always happy, and he always put a smile on the faces of those around him.

It is an awful and unfortunate loss for our community to lose such a young, talented and happy individual.

  

I’d like to ask everyone to keep the Higuchi family in your thoughts, as they go through one of the hardest times in any person’s life.
